Highlights of 16 August 2015 Service

The theme of the service, which was officiated by Elder Neil, was 'Why are we losing our Blessings?'

Elder Neil’s sermon was an analogous sermon as it reflected on how the children of Israel lost their blessings and how we too can lose our blessings. In order to capitalise on our blessings, Elder Neil beseeched us to give God constant praise and thanksgiving and not put Him on the back burner. In addition, we must be obedient and listen attentively to what God has to say. He further stated that we must be knowledgeable/aware of what God has for us and work within the framework that God has set down for us and as we do this, He will open His plan and will for our lives. We must adhere to the standards and values set by God and there must be total compliance to God's word.
